Energy Bites

1 cup Oatmeal
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup chocolate chips (use dairy free for vegan option)
1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)
1/2 cup agave or honey
1/2 cup peanut butter, almond butter or cashew butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
Mix, ball, keep in sealed container in fridge.
